Good job on the reveiw. I actually loved Eclipse. And i am a guy! Best Twilight film!
They’re love is not athetic. Bella and Edward are bland. I’ve read the books. I was just hoping th first film that James, Victoria or even Laraun would just kill that b*tch but it never happened.
They’re so much horrible acting that even if they were acting better, I would laugh. Its horrible. They’re horrible. Stephenie Meyer, they need to go to acting class. I don’t want to watch some soap opera films. My friends got me to watch the first one, know I have to watch the rest to make my over all assessment of the series. Bella is bland. She’s like a chalk board. You can write it all you want.
Jacob is a fictional character and he will never love you!
Secondary characters are better and more interesting.
That’s what ruins all this movie saga.

@elinheartstristin jacob is just young and immature and a little hot headed and adorable. i think taylor pulled that off great. its just the horrible cheesy script that ruins everything. if they had better lines, it would have been just awesome. fire the screenwriter instead changing the directors so much. its the script!!!
i agree with you totally. very fair and honest review. i m team jacob too. the only main actor who seems to understand his character is taylor/jacob. kristen and rob are waay off and its like they didnt even read the conversations and actions of their characters in the books. they are not suppose to be emo like. bella is suppose to be an independent, clever, cynical, smart girl who is just a lot clumsy. and edward is to suppse to laugh at her a lot cuz she does stuff he thinks is funny.
these movies are boring and not worthing pay 10 bucks for. lame BS

I really liked this one! It was so good! I loved the fight scenes and all. I loved the part where they tell their stories and everything! I thought it got really sad like when Bree Tanner was killed and when Jacob was screaming bloody murder and in Rosalie’s story, but it was also really funny at times. Like when she hit Jacob and broke her hand or when Charlie and Bella had “the talk”. All in all it was the best movie by far.
@pwa30 I think we’ll see more of the female werewolf (I think her name is Leah) in the next two movies for sure!

I liked those flashback stories of the werewolves first encounter with a vampire and jasper’s origin story. The fight scenes did kick ass. The newborn vampire army got completely owned. I also thought the female werewolf was very sexy.
wow i’m surprised you liked the fight scenes, they looked so stupid to me and my friend only because how faked they look and half of my audience was laughing through it so I don’t think we were the only ones

charlie’s the best out of all the movies! :p and people should realize that one of the hardest characters to play is bella because the book is written through her perspective and in my opinion it’s complicated to actually translate it in movies…
I heard the same about the acting in the last 2 predecessors to Eclipse, your so right! So far everyone says this movie is so EPIC!!!
I thought Taylor did a fantastic job in this last one. new Moon was horrible on almost all levels, but they finally did a good job for the series. Kristen, however, has not been able to infuse life into Bella. It all seems robotic with her, no emotions I really buy. I didn’t buy her conflicted heart over Ed vs. jake, over her future loss of humanity, or the danger that her vampire and wolf friends run in the story.
