and he seriously needs to pluck his eyebrows…they look like caterpillers. =/

i like the girl who plays Bella…but her voice kind of annoys me? lol. I was watching the preview on the Twilight website and her voice sounds manly? lol thats what i think at least.
But anyway, i don’t think they should have picked Robert to play Edward….but maybe if i watch it I’ll think he’s sexy or something.
After all, Edward is supposed to be GORGEOUS.

I think that Kristen Stewart talks like a man.
And I agree that Robert Pattinson is ugly.
How is he supposed to play the most gorgeous person when he isn’t even decent looking.
But oh well the movie will suck just like the books.
No, he look totally different from the Edward in the book.

I was completely opposite.
I was totally happy with their choice of Rob Pattinson and weren’t that keen on the girl who plays Bella. I quite like them both now after watching the trailer about a million times. I think they’ve made good choices with most of the characters. Some not perfect but will work for the film.
Well Edward is too perfect so no one can compare to him. I thought that they made a good choice though – Robert Pattinson’s appearance really clicks with Kristen Stewart’s. Once again, they are probably doing the best that they can cause NO ONE can live up to Edward. (Think of what it must be like to play Rosalie – she’s described in the book as literally, the most gorgeous person in the world – pretty tough to fill.)
I also think that Kristen Stewart’s voice is a bit annoying – it’s kind of hard to understand what she’s saying sometimes. Overall, though, I think that it will be a good movie – even if it doesn’t live up to the book. I have faith that they won’t ruin the books for me, and even if they do, I will still love the series!
Even though you’re an anti-Jonas, I have to say Joe Jonas. I mean, he’s drop dead gorgeous, and even though my personal favorite is Nick, Nick is too young to play it.
At first, I pictured Zac Efron, but then I realized that he was twenty, too old to play Edward Cullen. Or young if you will.
And I think that Alexis Bledel should’ve played Bella, she’s exactly who I pictured.
i dont like how i saw him in the trailer, he needs more of the style he used when he played cedric diggory.
i dont really like the choice of the girl, mostly just her voice, its not compationite and shy and bella-like. she seems to fierce and aggressive for gental bella

Ya he is ugly, he does need to pluck those bushes for eyebrows. Robert is one of those guys that are butt ugly but a little better looking when he gets his makeup on. Kristen, wow where to start. i think she is good for Bella. she does have a depper voice i agree, but that is her calling card. like Owen Wilson and his nose. But Bella is suppose to be pretty but a little differant.
i did not imagine edward really as anybody i imagined bella as Daniele panabaker but i think kristen stewart would do a good job i’m not mad at who they got for him i was mad at who they got for Rosalie because she is not a natural blonde and she looks verry verry tan i mean i saw her in other movies like mimi first time and then thirteen i also got mad at who they picked for laurett he was not black in the book but oh well what can u do i was also mad at who they got jacob black but i guess he’s okay
yeah there gonna need aloooooooooot of make up to make him look even a little bit like edward.. but yeah i was thinking the guy playing edward would have to be more.. dazzleing :] lol
Actually, I really like RP. He’s really the one I pictured when reading the books (the first 2- I’m struggling to finish).
I think he’s one of those people who photographs oddly. Some angles he looks terrible, but some angles he looks absolutly gorgeous. Seriously, some of his photos are ridiculously beautiful…

Well, I think they made the right choice because I always thought Edward’s ugly, anyway–too pale, skinny, hard, dark bruises under the eye… Yuck.
I just hope he plays Edward well and has that vampire aura in him!!!
And I agree with you about Kristen’s voice. But I think she’d do a great Bella! And OMG I love Taylor Lautner for Jacob! He’s the only decent member from the cast so far (my opinion)…

I’m not sure about Bella though. I havent heard her speak yet, so… I dunno. I hope the movie is good. But nothing will ever be as good as the book. *tear*

well, everyone has a different image of edward. my edward is not your edward. or the person above me’s edward. but robert patinson looked exactly like edward to me!!!! i got lucky. i saw his pick and im like “holy crap its edward” lol but thats just me.
At first I didnt think that Edward looked like Edward.. I expected his hair to be longer and his nose to be.. well less like that guys lol. But after looking at him for a long time I sort of see it, he kind of has a mysterious beauty in the trailers. As for the actor who plays Bella, I actually think Bella would look like that and I can be sympathetic about having a low voice since I have one myself. Its not like she or anyone with a low voice, can really help it. And who said Bella didnt have a low voice? It was never mentioned in the book. Anyways, I think she is very good for the part and she is actually a good actor if you have seen her other movies. The only thing I think is weird is that I think her hair is supposed to be more of a brown that looks red in the sun.
Also this is totally weird observation but the other day me and my friend were talking about the role of Edward and she said that the guy who played “Teddy” in Ice Princess would make a better Edward if he could act the part. Idk he kind of looks a lot more like a vampire to me too, so I just wanted to see other peoples opinions on that.

I happen to think robert Pattinson is perfect for Edward. He has brown hair brown eyes, sharp features, high cheekbones, and he has an intelligent and mysterious look to him. I think he’s gorgeous. He is a very good actor as well.
Everyone has different tastes in men I understand, but there is always the make-up department to change him if you don’t like him.
