I really enjoyed the Twilight books, but my favorite by far is the excerpt I found of Midnight Sun on her homepage. Is this going to be the last of the Twilight series? or is she going to do them all again from Edwards point of view.

Stephenie had stated that there is no point. She doesn’t really want to rewrite the whole series from Edward’s perspective, it’d get pretty boring rewriting the same things. Also imagine how long and sad it would be to read New Moon from Edward’s perspective? Most the book would be just of Edward sulking.
Yes, Stephanie Meyer is currently writing “Twilight” from Edward’s perspective. It is going to tell of his thoughts for Bella, his conversations with others, and where he is when he is gone from Bella (hunting). I do not know much more of the topic; I’m still waiting for the book myself! Hope this was helpful!

She plans to finish midnight sun at some point in the not too distant future however, beyond that, she’s done with the whole Twilight saga and wants to move onto new projects, she said in an interview and on her website. Midnight Sun only came about in the first place because she was doing some character development writing exercises. It’s possible that she may revisit the Cullens in the distant future, especially as Breaking Dawn is a little open-ended, but it certainly won’t be happening any time soon.

She started writing the book. then it got leaked onto the internet by someone she knows. Shes really upset about it and says that she doesnt want to finish it. She lost her motivation.
although i recently heard that she may start it back up. I think her “peoples” are pressuring her to finish it.
but i dont know. I really hope she finishes it and writes new moon through him. I think it would be amazing to read it through his eyes. id love it.

Breaking Dawn was the last book from Bella’s perspective. Midnight Sun is the first book from Edward’s perspective and it is rumored that not even Meyer will publish Midnight Sun. She lost trust in someone who she trusted dearly, and that trust has to be built back up again. As of now, and a few years from now, I do not think she will be working on any more Twilight related books. But she is working on another book, but she has not said what genre. Hope this helps!

OK! if you dont know the answer to her question WHY R U ANSWERING?!?! and yes she is going to write the twilight series from edwards POV. the first one, midnight sun, she is currently working on. it is due out in 2010. now i dont think she has confirmed that she wll do the whole series again, but i believe she will. if she just does twilight what is the point? all of her fans will want her to continue. lol

Midnight sun will be published but not yet, she plans on doing New moon as well as it won’t be as similar as New moon in Bellas perspective.
It may be the 5th book to complete the series or it could be Edward’s perspective. I don’t mind which one she does, i just love it no matter whatever.

I’m not completely sure but I think she will finish Midnight Sun. I don’t think there is much point in her re-writing all of the other books, even though I liked them!

I really hope she finishes midnight sun because i read the excerpt from her site and it was absolutely fantastic!!! i don’t think she is planning on doing all the books from Edward’s POV though..
yes!!! you can go on her web site and she has a couple hundred pages from edwards prospective. and i love the books and the movie. i can’t wait till new moon comes out and all the other movies.

Um.. I’m not 100% sure. But I remember her saying that she didn’t want to continue, for one thing, because she didn’t want to have to write New Moon, since she’d just be crying the whole time.
