Well, there are two songs that he plays for her: Esme’s song and Bella’s Lullaby. I’m fairly sure they are actually songs at this point that you can find.

It’s Bella’s Lullaby. It doesn’t really have a title to it.
That’s the version by Carter Burwell but Robert Pattinson wrote the song himself.
