No, Taylor Lautner, who played Jacob in Twilight has been signed on for New Moon. Practically the only reason he was going to be replaced was because they were afraid he couldn’t transform physically soon enough for the next installment. Instead, he packed on more than thirty pounds of muscle for the part and met the expectations. Of course they’ll have to put him on platforms for the height change, but they would have to do that for anyone.
