Impact? Hmm, well I know that being in La Push affects in the way that it makes her feel better, because she gets to be around Jacob. Volterra has an affect on her in that it makes her anxious, because she’s worried about saving Edward and then if the Volturi are going to kill her or not.
The loneliness and seclusion of Forks when Edward left probably effected Bella, making her feel trapped and alone. La Push was like an escape to her where she could see her best friend and for a little while temporarily not feel the intense pain fo Edward’s leaving.
