  I am never buying from them again. The company videotaped the original and photocopied the sticker on the front of the tape. Do not buy from these guys. I found out when the recording suddenly stopped during the middle of the film and after that was white snow.

  This movie is horrible, escpecially for what had happened to Vic Morrow in 1982. I have never seen this movie and I don’t plan to. It shouldn’t have happened. We miss you Vic Morrow (1932-1982)

  What were the producers thinking? A high budget remake of stories from the original Twilight Zone does not get better simply because they are done with newer equipment and effects – sorry.

  Three of the four tales are, as I mentioned, remakes from the original television show (“Kick the Can”, “It’s a Good Life” and “Nightmare at 20,000 Feet”). While the 1959/60/61 shows were good, these suffer in comparison. The fourth was an original (thank the stars for at least some originality!) featuring Vic Morrow as a bigot who is hurled into the lives of those he hates most.

  This movie could and should have been a monument to a series which has weathered more than 40 years and is still fresh (and popular) today. Instead, it just falls flat.

  Recommend you bypass this movie and simply buy the original television series by Rod Serling on DVD. You’ll be much happier with them.

  Most will tell you the same old thing…..it was a bad movie because of the loss. The loss…..while tragic should not stand in the way of the movies talent. Let me walk you through the film.

  Introduction
  The introduction while good is incredibly predictable. I give it 3 of 5. It shows a car driving down what appears to be an old rural road. In the middle of the night. The two people inside the car are listening to a song….when the tape player starts sputtering and spitting out tape. Over a long period of time they bring up the topic of the Twilight zone. They start talking about how scary it is. The passenger suddenly says,”hey,wanna see something reeeaallly scary?” The driver agrees. The passenger says,”all right pull over.” He’s very persistant so the driver pulls over. After warning of how scary it is the passenger turns around to where you can’t see his face. If you don’t know what’s going to happen next your not very smart are you? Well sure enough the passenger comes back as some FREAK! Blue skin horrid bulging eyes….very wide mouth. He grabs the driver around the throat and all you see is the car shaking and the driver screaming.Then the intro plays.

  Segment 1
  It’s just some dude who verbally bashes anyone different from a white christian. He’s the guy that died in filming. Anyway he steps outside and BAM!!! He’s in the past being mistaked for an African,Vietnamese person,and Jewish person…didn’t end well for the guy. He just gets shipped away in a cart and the segment ends. Pretty good all around…but sorta dragged out at parts. I give it a 4 of 5.

  Part 2
  In the new Twilight Zone series you’ll find alot more sugary,kitten,candy land,puff fluff stories.Just like segment two in the twilight zone movie. Basically old folks get turned to little kids…..the end. The Rest of the segment is a total snooze fest that doesn’t hold your interest. 0 out of 5.

  Part 3
  Most people thought it to be bad….i however found it excellent!!! Bone Chilling and Twisted. This little kid meets this older woman and starts to like her so he invites her to his house. When she gets there she finds that all his parents and family members practicaly worship him. As if something horrible will happen if they aren’t nice. You can almost smell their fear. So anyway…. a few high light parts are later in the day when the horror starts. He basically commands his dad or uncle or something to do a trick with a top hat that appears out of nowhere. Incredibly reluctantly the dad reaches in and pulls out………a bunny,soft and fluffy and cute. Then comes a horrible demonic looking skinless, giant toothed, rabbit with red glowing eyes. Unfortunately nobody dies……the kid wishes it away when he sees the older lady he likes getting scared….also later he wishes his sister into cartoon land and FINALLY somebody dies…it’s her of course.5 of 5

  Part 4
  the ever popular story of the guy with the horrible fear of flying…who’s horror is reinforced by some freakish demon on the wing of the plane tearing the engines to shreds. At first you only see a faint figure but later….EXTREME CLOSE UP! it’s really weird looking…..if you ask me had an extreme resemblance to abe from the game series oddworld. However…in my opinion there was a really stupid stupid dumb part. The guy busts open the plane window and nearly gets sucked….but his houlders are too broad to let him out…….BUT! He manages to free one shoulder to shoot at the the thing without getting sucked out all the way…..he misses any way. The creature shows a high sign of intelligence when he walks up to the crazy guy and cups his hand over the mans mouth. Then he wags his finger as if to say,”You’ll pay for trying to get me.” Indeed the man does…..next thing you see is him getting sent to the looney bin. Then the plane people are checking the wing and see huge Gashes and tears.

  I think that this was a cleaver movie because it had 4 differendt shows in it, I espeacally liked the last 2 shows….
