Not many people seem to know, but in the room where you get the cheese if you use the ball and chain on the armor each suit drops money .Usually around 100 each.
Looking at this temple, it looks like it used to be a fortress out in the fringes of Hyrule a long time ago (maybe before it froze over somehow) and for some reason it was abandoned (probably too hard to get to) and then the Yetis found it and made it their home
